Doctor of Audiology

John R. Salisbury, Au.D. is the president and founder of the Clifton Springs Hearing Center, Inc. He has been an audiologist in private practice at the Clifton Springs hospital since 1979. He has extensive experience in diagnostic testing, advanced amplification systems, student supervision, and practice management. He resides in Fairport, New York. "Our goal is to guide our patients down the pathway to better hearing. When our patients accomplish the goal of better hearing through amplification, the hearing aid then becomes not a symbol of weakness, but a tool of strength. This is our message, this is our professional responsibility."

Director of Operations

Heather Rockefeller is the Director of Operations for Clifton Springs Hearing Center and has been working with the center since 2001. Heather lives in Clifton Springs with her husband, Tim, and son, Levi.

Gregory D. King, Au.D

Doctor of Audiology

Gregory D. King, Au.D. is an Audiologist at the Pittsford Hearing and Balance location of Clifton Springs Hearing Center. Greg moved to New York from San Diego, California where he had been in private practice. He now enjoys living in Fairport, New York with his wife Kari, who is a speech language pathologist.

Nora Palumbo, Au.D.

Nora Palumbo, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

Nora Palumbo, Au.D. is an Audiologist at Clifton Springs Hearing Center. She has received her Doctorate of Audiology from West Virginia University in 2017. She is from Rochester and is currently living in Canandaigua. She enjoys cooking, kayaking on the bay, and watching reruns of Friends.

Rebecca Utech, Au.D.

Rebecca Utech, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

Rebecca Utech Au.D. is an audiologist with Clifton Springs Hearing Center. She received her doctorate in Audiology from SUNY at Buffalo in 2009. She has since served several populations, including the pediatric population, the geriatric population, and the special needs population. She practiced in educational audiology for several years before returning to private practice. She is fluent in American Sign Language and has worked very closely with the Deaf population. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Kelly Hurd, M.S., CCC-A, FAAA

Kelly Hurd, M.S., CCC-A, FAAA
Audiologist

A native of the Finger Lakes, Kelly originally majored in Speech pathology. After her initial Audiology course, she knew that it would be her career and changed her major. Kelly graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing handicapped. She went on to earn her Masters of Science degree in Audiology from Syracuse University. Kelly currently holds a membership with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Kelly brings to our practice her expertise in hearing evaluations and hearing aid consultations with demonstrations and fittings. Kelly and her husband live in Auburn. In her spare time, she loves to go on wine trails, spend time with her family and play golf.

Kathi DeGennaro

Kathi DeGennaro
Hearing Instrument Specialist

Kathi received her associates degree from Bryant and Stratton college. In her spare time Kathi enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew, she also enjoys taking walks with her dog.

Rebecca Collins

Rebecca Collins
Billing Specialist

Rebecca Collins started with the Clifton Springs Hearing Center in July 2010. She has worked in medical offices since 1995 and has taken on the role of the Billing Specialist for the practice. Rebecca has lived in the Finger Lakes area her entire life and enjoys the changing seasons. Her family enjoys staying active during every season. Rebecca has two teenage children, Tyler and Nicole, who keep her busy outside of work.

Taunya Lovejoy started working for CSHC in Oct. 2015. She joins us with over 15 years customer service background. Resides in Farmington with two sons Dawson and Damyan. Highly involved with their year round sport involvement. Enjoys spending time with family and friends and long walks during spare time.

Alissa joined the practice in 2017. She brings to the practice a strong background in customer service. Alissa lives in Newark with her husband Mike and step children Christopher and Kyleigh. On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

I have rejoined the practice in Jan 2018. I have previously worked with the Hearing Center for 5 years prior to moving to Florida to be with my family. I have extensive customer service experience and love interacting with each patient. I live in Macedon and in my spare time I enjoy, camping and taking pictures of the beautiful skies and scenery, along with spending time with family and friends. I am a Volunteer Fire Fighter for West Webster for 26 yrs. and counting. I love working with Patients and making them smile and feel welcome in the practice. I love to make people laugh and lift spirits to the fullest.
