Audiologist
A Private Hearing Healthcare Practice with three locations; Phelps, Canandaigua and Pittsford, is seeking an Audiologist to join their team.
Responsibilities include providing diagnostic audiology for medical community of the Finger Lakes area and Greater Rochester. Sell and service hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation. The ideal candidate must be eligible for licensure in New York and have the willingness to learn.
Salary is based upon experience, commission is offered as well. Benefits include health insurance, IRA, and time off. Possible relocation for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing aids.
- Make ear impressions and ear molds, order instruments.
- Program hearing aids.
- Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
- Counsel patients.
- Maintain documentation and patient files.Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Audiology or Au.D.
- Students and experienced staff considered
- Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Hearing Instrument Specialist
A Private Hearing Healthcare Practice in The Finger Lakes Area is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist for their practice.
We are looking for team players who are ambitious, motivated, and comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate must have strong sales acumen and counsel effectively while building rapport with patients in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of interacting professionally with patients & physicians. Ability to adapt to the rapidly advancing technology of hearing health care. Possess confidence and personality to establish professional relationships with the clientele to capture referrals and repeat business. Can drive the business to meet and exceed expectations.
Competitive Compensation, commission is offered as well. Benefits include health insurance, IRA, and time off.
We are willing to train and certify a Sales Professional with the right skill set to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree/60 credit hours completed
- Students and experienced staff considered
- Eligible for NYS Hearing Aid Dispenser License
